Start with trapeze and rope and silks and gradually move to other equipment used in the world of new circus.

This activity provides new and exciting skills with a great alternative to exercise and keep fit, to socialise and meet people and in general to boost your motivation and self confidence.
The class is done at low heights and with the use of crash and safety mats. The class provides one on one supervision and attendants are covered by the company's insurance in the unlikely event of an accident.
It is best to wear comfy, layered clothing that is reasonably snug and bring socks. Don't wear skirts or shorts, you want to get your legs covered.
