Aerial Calisthenics runs on Thu at 6pm to 7.30pm for all levels, Beginners welcome - If you are L1 you can also change dates to join L1 classes
This booking can be used when the block has already begun or you have already done your booking but would like to do more aerial classes or conditioning in the air in Calisthenics fashion.
Conditioning your body in the air is very important if you want to get stronger amd more flexible with direct application to aerial technique work.
