Execellent work to develop awareness and strenght of the core conexion (tracotransversal corset)
The exercises on the ball will help you engage the right muscles, tendons to get your full core power.
The ball is also a very good prop to position you for your hand stand balance feeling safe.

Bookings will take place one week at the time.
