Ballephants is back!!
Ballet for... well yes, very beginners.

Working on your posture, moving your legs from your core, motor skills, bi-lateral and crossed co-ordination, kinetic isolation, hip openers and pointing your toes!!!

The classes have a weekly progression, so best to join from the beginning, but also ok to drop in as make up class.
