Please note: Aerial conditioning for L1 is on Thur 6pm to 7.30pm
You're required to have completed a full block of Introduction to aerial in Eezee Trapezee before joining this class.
For L1 we expect people to have good safe practice, even if you're still struggling with the basics.
In L1 you will work higher, you will start learning aerial hoop, basic slides on the rope, and in general new material in all equipment as well as conditioning exercises.
This level does not have a time limit for how many blocks you should do, but a set of exercises you need to feel comfortable with before moving to L2. Most people would take 2 block before moving to L2 and for us achiving the moves is only a part of it, how you execute them becomes is also very important. Don't feel like you have to move up if you just enjoy it as it is, you can just continue on L1.
Please remember to use your calendar to cancel classes you won't be able to attend, you need at least 3 days notice to cancel or re-schedule classes. We'll be very strict with the attendance.
Aerial class: Aerial classes (2hr session)
Keep-Up pkg: Aerial L1 and Conditioning classes (conditioning are 90min sessions)
Fitness: Aerial L1, Conditioning, Bodyshop (bodyshop are 1hr sessions)
Performance: Aerial classes, Conditioning, Bodyshop and Performance (performance is 2hr sessions) - Priority booking, Pay by weekly debit option
Performance (PER) Please let us know what equipment you want work on, choose music and costume. The instructor will help you and guide you with tips on how to create your solo or duet. We recommend people to work in pairs so you can share ideas and provide feedback to each other.
