Welcome to this unique and very exciting adventure.

These aerial play classes allow children under 5 and their carers to discover the basics of aerial circus equipment such as trapeze and aerial silks.
The class is a friendly and inclusive class with a very relaxed pace. This allows the children to get comfortable with the environment and the mums to ease their way in to stronger core muscles and body confidence.

The class will focus on two elements:

Mum's fitness - This is more a post natal recovery than a fitness class. Mums with the new-borns will do gentle exercises with their baby by their side, on the floor or in a portable Moses Basket/car-seat.
Basic warm up & strengthening exercises include interaction with the babies and then some basic conditioning preparation.
For those who are feeling adventurous there will be a chance for mums who are at least 6 weeks post natal to try the aerial equipment (all at low height, with supervision)

Parent & tots - For toddlers who are more mobile. This element of the class focuses on the interaction between parent and child by way of team play & exercise. The children will explore being off the floor at low heights on the equipment, hanging, swinging and spinning, while the parent has the option of learning the basics on the equipment to also be able to provide support for playing in the air with their child.


It's a great opportunity for children to get familiar with aerial equipment. The parents have the chance to be involved with their children in various exercises. The aerial work is taught by trained Spinal Chord instructors. The parents can help the child socialise and explore their creativity.

COVID-19 Regulations - Please help us with this!

Please wait till the exact class time to enter the building - We need to let the previous class exit and mats/equipment to be disinfected.

Please follow the signs for accessing and exiting the building.

Use the hand sanitisers provided to enter and exit the hall.

Keep 2m distance!

Only 2 people at the time in the toilets - Best thing would be not to use them - Pee at home :)

Make an effort to come already changed - very limited access to change rooms

Please don't hang around in the hall or inside the building once your class is finished.

Mats for warming up will be cleaned between sessions and people can be spotted for practicing moves. 

We won’t spot people by request only if we consider they’re safe executing moves on their own.

No face masks are allowed while on the equipment since what we do is of high physical demand, but you're welcome to wear masks while on the ground.

Chalk will be provided but we recommend you bring your own. Liquid chalk is ok but please don’t use liquid resin as this destroys your hands and the equipment.

We need to make clear that neither the government nor Spinal Chord are in charge of your health & wellbeing, YOU ARE! We're providing all you need to keep distance and prevent contagiousness but by booking these sessions you're assuming full responsibility of your decisions regarding your health.

The class runs on Tuesdays from 11am to 12noon
