Make sure you come prepared with material to work on, it will help you stay focus.
If you're trying physically demanding, alternate it with other moves that use different muscles.
This class should be for practice rather than learning new moves but if you'll try a new move then aked advice from the instructors present.
If you don't attend the Bodyshop class before hand, then make sure you are properly warmed for your session.
