The workshops will focus on dynamic work on the rope and silks. We will be doing straps for prep and conditioning as well as floor work for strength and flexibility.
We will have 4 days of 3hrs lessons and 2 days of 4hrs lessons and 3 day trips to the most amazing beaches.
There will be opportunity to join other classes thought by the host and to arrange one to one lessons to improve in a particular move or technique.
