Aerial Straps Basics

Aerial Straps: Sun May 17th - 4.30pm to 6.30pm
The workshop is open to L1 as wel. You need to be able to do Front Balance and Skinning the cat on the trapeze as well as Straddle from the climb on the rope.
Stay out of this workshop if you have weak or injured shoulders.
