Flexibility & Mobility for Handstands - Fridays 6.30pm to 8pm

No experience required for this sessions.

This sessions will be yoga based exercises to increase the mobility and flexibility required for handstand work.
We will concentrate on mobility and flexibility for shooulders, hips and hamstrings

Bookings will take place one week at the time.
